La mayoría de las personas en nuestra cultura están programadas para temer a eso que llaman fracaso. Sin embargo, cualquiera de nosotros recordará las veces que deseaba una cosa y obtuvo otra cosa.
A todos nos han raspado en un examen, todos hemos sufrido por amores que acabaron, y todos hemos visto fracasar proyectos de negocio o de otro tipo. Pero lo que ven los triunfadores es desenlaces y resultados. Ellos no ven fracasos, no creen en eso, y para ellos no cuenta; ya que siempre obtienen un resultado de un género u otro.
Los grandes triunfadores de nuestra cultura no son infalibles, sino únicamente personas que saben que si intentan algo y no sale como lo esperaban, al menos han tenido una experiencia de la que aprendieron. Entonces, se ponen a aplicar lo aprendido e intentan otra cosa, emprenden nuevas acciones y producen nuevos resultados.
Piénsalo ¿Qué activo o beneficio posees hoy que ayer no tuvieras?
Sabes cual es la respuesta?... Naturalmente, LA EXPERIENCIA.
Las personas que temen al fracaso se hacen representaciones internas por adelantado de lo que podría fallar, y eso es lo que les impide iniciar justamente aquellas acciones que podrían garantizarles la consecución de sus anhelos.

People who fear failure are doing internal representations in advance of what could go wrong, and that is precisely what prevents them from starting those actions that could guarantee the achievement of their aspirations.
